Why a mentor beats a course

Courses teach you what worked for someone else. Mentoring works on what's in front of you.

How we work

Action first, theory later

The founders who get traction aren't the ones with the best plan. They're the ones who put something in front of buyers early, listened to what came back, and changed it fast.

That's what these engagements force. Every session produces commitments with dates, and every session begins by reviewing what happened. Nobody is graded, but nothing hides either.

We're straight about what mentoring can't do. It can't guarantee revenue or a fundraise, and it isn't legal, tax or accounting advice. When you need those, we'll tell you to go get them properly.

Our principles

Three beliefs behind the method

Ship before you're ready

A rough version in front of a real buyer teaches more than another month of planning.

Talk to buyers weekly

Every week without a customer conversation is a week of guessing.

Commitments with dates

Vague intentions don't survive a busy week. Dated actions do.
